GMA Network is shortlisted for 5 categories at the New York Festival TV & Film Awards 2025.

GMA Integrated News' 24 Oras is a finalist under News Program: Newscast category for its comprehensive coverage of Super Typhoon Carina, while "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho" is shortlisted under the Documentary: Environment & Ecology Category for the 'Nickel and Dime' episode. 

“The Atom Araullo Special: Pogoland” is shortlisted under the Documentary: National Affairs category.

Meanwhile, “Firefly” is shortlisted in Feature Films, while “Lost Sabungeros” is shortlisted in the Documentary category under Investigative Journalism.

In 2024, GMA Network bagged all seven awards it was shortlisted for in the prestigious New York Festivals TV & Film Awards, including “The Atom Araullo Specials,” “Black Rider,” and “I-Witness: Boat to School,” among others.

The New York Festivals honors outstanding and innovative content and “to provide a truly complete representation of the very best in creative communications.”
