The storybook based on "Firefly," the Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 Best Picture, is heading to Italy!
According to GMA Pictures, the illustrated children's book will be among the curated collection of the Bologna Children's Book Fair this year.
The fair, which is also called La Fiera del Libro per Ragazzi, will be held from March 31 to April 3 in Bologna.
The "Firefly" storybook is written by Palanca Award-winning author Augie Rivera and illustrated by Aldy Aguirre. It is published by Reel Books for GMA Network.
The story is based on the work of Anj Atienza, the back-to-back MMFF Best Screenplay winner in 2023 and 2024 for "Firefly" and "Green Bones."
Bookworms may purchase a copy of the storybook on select Fully Booked branches and at the GMA Store.
