"Final Destination" is coming back after 14 years, and it's just as gory as ever.

Its latest installment, "Final Destination: Bloodlines," just released a death sequence as its official teaser, and it's got everyone squirming.

The death takes place in a tattoo parlor. Erik, the tattoo artist, gets involved in a freak accident involving his nose ring and the ceiling fan.

"Death runs in the family," the video said.

In the caption, the official movie page said, "If you screw with Death's plans, things can get very... messy."

"Final Destination: Bloodlines" is the horror franchise's first film since "Final Destination 5" in 2011.

It is set for release on May 16. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
