One hundred individuals will benefit from free dentures as part of GMA Kapuso Foundation's Ngiting Kapuso Project during Oral Health Month this February.
According to "24 Oras," Monday, among the beneficiaries include Liezel Contridas, a 44-year-old woman who couldn't afford dentures due to her meager salary as a laundrywoman.
Another beneficiary is Arnel Millam Nene, a barber who lost his teeth after his face got fractured due to an accident.
Nawalan ako ng kumpiyansa dahil wala nga akong ngipin," he said.
Liezel and Arnel are just two of the 100 individuals who will receive free dentures through GMA Kapuso Foundation and its partner, Centro Escolar University - School of Dentistry.
Per the report, the beneficiaries have undergone measurements for their dentures.
For those who wish to support GMA Kapuso Foundation's projects, donations may be made via Metrobank, Land Bank, BDO, Bank of Commerce, UnionBank, PNB, Cebuana Lhuillier, GCash, Lazada, and Shopee. Visit GMA Kapuso Foundation's website for more information.
