Visayas grid back under yellow alert

MANILA, Philippines – The Visayas grid has been put anew under yellow alert on Monday as three major coal plants in the region remain unavailable.  The National Grid Corp. of the Philippines said the yellow alert would be in place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.  READ: Visayas grid under yellow alert anew amid coal
