Who says you can’t have a quick fine dining experience for lunch?
For those seeking an elevated midday grub in the heart of Makati City, Chef Josh Boutwood has introduced a prix fixe menu at Ember, which offers a set menu composed of two-course meals.
The prix fixe menu (P1,250) begins with a choice of starters:
- Apple, pumpkin seed, capicola
- Liver parfait with sourdough toast and pickles
- A seasonal soup
For the main course, diners can choose from thoughtfully plated dishes like:
- Chicken with cilantro and lime
- Halibut paired with butterhead lettuce and bacon
- Pork tomahawk glazed with peach and habanero
You may also opt for a 300-gram ribeye finished with garlic butter for an additional P2,050. Each main comes with a side dish of your choice: mashed potatoes, wild rice, or corn ribs.
Ember’s prix fixe menu is available for dine-in from Mondays to Fridays, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
