Tricycle driver surrenders, admits killing 19-year-old girl in Nueva Vizcaya

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines — A 33-year-old tricycle driver gave himself up to the police on Friday, Feb. 13, and admitted to killing a 19-year-old girl and burning her body to conceal the crime in Barangay Maddiangat in Quezon town, Nueva Vizcaya. The suspect, identified by the police only as Ernie, is also a caretaker
