Thai stars Gemini Norawit and Fourth Nattawat are glad to be back in the Philippines with their first solo concert held over the weekend.
After visiting the country with the cast of their debut boys’ love (BL) series “My School President” in August 2023, Gemini and Fourth are back with more music from their recent projects.
With their “Run The World” concert, the Thai stars showcased their tracks from their series, solo songs, and Thai culture.
“This is our third time for the ‘Run The World’ concert, we really love it here and your energy is so good,” Gemini said after their first set of songs.
“We're actually gonna have our series "Ticket To Heaven" (and) please look forward to our series but right now let's have some fun with 'Run The World' first,” he added.
They also have solo numbers with Fourth performing “Alright,” “Candidate,” and a cover of “DILF” by Badmixy.
Gemini performed “Someone Like Me,” “Too Close To Handle,” and covers of “First Love” and “Sorry.”
Fans felt more kilig when Gemini and Fourth are together as they play songs like “Please Be Mine,” “You’re Blushing,” and “Rock & Star” from their debut BL series “My School President” in 2022.
They also performed “Whenever I See You” and “Re-Move On” from the Thai adaptation of the hit Japanese series “My Love Mix-Up” in 2024.
As they concluded their show, Fourth stressed how impressed he is with the energy of the Filipino fans.
“I'm so glad to be here. I try my best to learn to improve my acting skills, singing skills, and dance skills for all of you, guys, because I really love you guys,” Fourth said.
“I'm really impressed with all of you, guys. ... Even if I've been here for several times, you were still energetic,” he added.
Gemini looks forward to meet their Filipino fans more often as they are set to
“We would like to say thank you to you, guys, to the Filipinos. I really appreciate the love and hopefully see each other more often this year,” he said.
The Thai BL genre saw a boom in the Philippines following the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 with the show “2gether” and saw the rise of local shows the following months.
