Ebi10, the beloved Japanese comfort food spot formerly nestled in Poblacion, has found a new home at the heart of Makati.
After closing its original hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Poblacion, the family-run restaurant has reopened in none other than One Ayala, bringing its signature flavors to a more accessible setting.
Ebi10’s new Makati home greets its diners with a contemporary aesthetic: soft tiles, textured walls, and the signature charm of patterned noren curtains, a traditional Japanese fabric divider.
While Ebi10 first gained attention for its tempura, which is still available for P95/pc for small shrimp and P195/pc for jumbo shrimp, the menu now offers an array of Japanese comfort dishes, inviting you to explore beyond the familiar.
Highlights include creative sushi rolls like the Tuna and Scallop Dynamite Roll (P480) and the indulgent Volcano Roll (P610). Hearty noodle dishes such as the Bacon Yakisoba (P395) and the refreshing Kani Salad (P360) continue to be crowd-pleasers.
Ebi10’s refreshed menu also features new additions, including the umami-rich Truffle Ponzu Steak (P955), the savory Mazemen (P690), and the comforting Gyu Ramen (P558).
Ebi10 is located at 2/F Alfresco, One Ayala Mall, Makati City. — LA, GMA Integrated News
