The Samsung Galaxy M06 has also been launched with the Samsung Galaxy M16 5G. It’s an even more affordable option in comparison that has a similar design to the M16.
It sports a 6.7-inch IPS LCD with a refresh rate of 90Hz that supports HD+ resolution. Under the hood, it has the same MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset like the M16. However, it comes with up to 6GB of RAM instead but still has 128GB of internal storage.
For cameras, it has dual-rear shooters that include a 50-megapixel main paired with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Selfie-wise, it has an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter.
Battery and connectivity specs remain identical to the M16 5G. It also ships with Android 15 but with four (4) years of software updates and security patches instead.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a mono loudspeaker, and a 3.5mm audio port. The Samsung Galaxy M06 5G is priced at INR 9,499 (~PHP 6.2K) with 4GB/128GB.
It’s also available for INR 10,999 (~PHP 7.2K) with 6GB/128GB. Readers can view the listing via Samsung’s official website. It’s currently available in India, but we’ll update readers if ever it’s slated to be available in the Philippines.

Communication graduate, closet cynic, and kid at heart. Duane is a rare person to find, quite literally. He often takes to himself but has proven his mettle in tech media with his quick wits. Well, the portfolio of scriptwriting, web content, and public relations help too, we suppose. As a homebody, he often spends his time on the streaming platform Twitch or ‘farming’ gaming clips with friends. He is also an avid fan of round glasses and anything relative to blueberries.
