Rayver Cruz shows support for Julie Anne San Jose in 'Slay': 'Crush ko 'yan si Liv'

Rayver Cruz has nothing but overflowing support for Julie Anne San Jose and her new project, "Slay."

On Instagram Stories, the proud boyfriend shared clips of his phone as he tuned in on GMA Network's first Viu Original.

"Slay time," he wrote on his post with fire and hands-up emojis, tagging Julie Anne.

In the following slide, Rayver shared a fierce scene showing Julie Anne confronting Mikee Quintos's character.

"Tapang crush ko 'yan si Liv sheesh!" he said with heart-eyed and kissy face emojis.

Julie Anne previously said that she said yes to doing "Slay" because she wants to maximize her capabilities when it comes to acting.

"It's my first time, really, doing this kind of genre. Nung narinig ko na murder mystery 'yung story ng 'Slay,' na-curious ako s'yempre kasi ang tagal ko nang hindi umaarte. My last one was 'Maria Clara at Ibarra' pa," the Sparkle star said.

Julie Anne's role, Liv, will become the girlfriend of Zach (Derrick Monasterio) before he gets murdered. She becomes one of the suspects alongside Amelie (Gabbi Garcia), Sugar (Mikee), and Yana (Ysabel Ortega).

"Slay" will also air on GMA Prime starting March 24.
