THE 16th Philippine SME Business Expo (PhilSME 2025) concluded today at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, after two energizing days of exhibits, expert-led talks, and networking opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
With over 20,000 pre-registered attendees and 180+ local and international brands, PhilSME 2025 reaffirmed its status as the nation's most trusted SME platform for collaboration, innovation, and accessible business solutions.
In the Philippines, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) make up 99.5 percent of all businesses, generate 63 percent of jobs, and contribute about 40 percent to GDP. PhilSME 2025 emphasized their vital economic role and provided tools to help them scale and compete.
"We created PhilSME to guide SMEs toward real-world business solutions — and this year, we saw powerful partnerships form," said Trixie Esguerra-Abrenilla, CEO and managing director of PhilSME.
The expo featured live demos, brand activations, and the PhilSME Business Conference, with insights from Jayson Lo, RJ Ledesma, Dar Ty-Nilo, Chinkee Tan, Cristalle Belo-Pitt, and others.
