Multi-awarded DJ and entrepreneur Papa Dudut was once again hailed as a winner in the 19th Gandingan Awards held last Saturday, April 26, at DL Umali Hall at UP Los Baños.
Started in 2007, the UP Community Broadcasters’ Society recognizes stations, programs and personalities, both local and nationwide.
Papa Dudut won as Best FM Radio Program host, his fifth time to receive such recognition. He got the same award in 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022.
Other Kapuso personalities who were recognized in the 2025 Gandingan Awards include GMA Integrated News Pillar Jessica Soho, who bagged the recognition Gandingan ng Kalikasan, while Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho won the trophy for Most Development-oriented Environment Program.
Emil Sumangil was hailed as the Best News Anchor, while Joseph Morong was chosen as the Best Field Reporter.
