Megan Young is keeping her physical activities in check even in the last month of her pregnancy.

On Instagram Stories, the Miss World 2013 shared a photo of herself at the gym, flexing her baby bump with a maternity support belt.

"Trying to stay active in my last month of pregnancy," Megan said. “Peg ko si [Iya Villania].”

Megan's workout routine during pregnancy consists of 20 to 40 minutes of walking followed by four rounds of exercises, "depending on how much energy I have."

She also said she considers walking at a mall as part of her exercise while pregnant.

Meanwhile, when Iya Villania was pregnant with her baby no. 5, her workout routine was less intense and tailored to fit her pregnancy.

One month after giving birth, Iya returned to working out "not to get back to what it was but simply because it makes me feel good."

In a "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" episode in November, Iya said being fit and healthy is her way of being present for her family.

Megan and her husband Mikael Daez, who she married in 2020, announced last December that they are expecting their first child.
