The Year of the Snake is here and Kylie Padilla is dressed for the occasion.
Ahead of the Chinese New Year, the Sparkle actress shared takes from her Medusa-themed photoshoot. She wore a maroon dress by Yoriko Sundiam and a red head scarf with intricate curved ridges. In her hands was a gold-plated skull.
"Year of the Snakes," Kylie captioned. "Be not afraid of the snakes for they claim not that they are honest, be afraid of liars of sweet sounding songs. That lure you into their traps and rejoice when you’ve fallen. The snake is a friend in the rebirth of my soul, shedding old skin slowly as I crawl from the depths of my sorrows into the hope of tomorrow."
"Do not be afraid of the snake, do not believe in what others say about them. After all, they said Medusa was evil and rotten from within but in truth Medusa was the victim of lust, Athena should have cursed he Poseidon, who committed the sin and not Medusa who lost her innocence," she added.
Earlier, Kylie marked her 32nd birthday with sexy photos taken in a bathtub. She wore a dress made of snake print fabric.
Kylie was part of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2025 Best Picture, “Green Bones.”
She has two sons, Alas and Axl, with ex-husband Aljur Abrenica.
