The Cultural Center of the Philippines is set to kick off National Arts Month with Pasinaya 2025 this weekend!

Known as the country's biggest multi-arts celebration, the open house festival will be held in various locations in Metro Manila and across the nation, including Batangas, Sorsogon, Iloilo City, Himamaylan, and Tagum City on February 1 and 2.

With the theme "Pasinaya Para sa Lahat," the festival offers more than 200 performances, events, and workshops on film, dance, visual arts, theater, music, and literature.

Some events to catch are Pasinaya favorites like Palihan, Palabas, Paseo Museo, Pamilihan, and more.

Palihan invites everyone to join workshops led by artists, experts, and resource persons hailing from different disciplines of the arts.

Exciting workshops include Performance Pitching by Ballet Baguio, SINGple by the Philippine Madrigan Singers, Sulat-Kamay by Flow, and Sabayang Guhit Para sa Pasinaya by Urban SketchersCommunity, among others.

In Palabas, attendees can catch various performances and films screenings by community-based artists, CCP Resident Companies, National Performing Arts Companies, professionals, and art collectives.

Art lovers, on the other hand, can visit the 18 partner museums of Paseo Museo this weekend.

These include the Adamson University Gallery, the National Museum (Anthropology, Fine Arts, and Natural History), Galleria Duemila, Museo de Intramuros, Casa Manila, and Museo Pambata, to name a few.

A wide range of local products will also take centerstage at Pamilihan, Pasinaya's art market. This component will be held at the Tanghalang Ignacio Gimenez Parking Area and Liwasang Kalikasan on Feb. 1 and 2.

Pasinaya 2025 will introduce a new component, Palaro, which features award-winning games created by CCP Game and Comics Development grantees.  Attendees can check out exciting game demos and tournaments, and meet game developers and gaming lovers.

Filipino animators and comic artists will also showcase their works in Palaro.
