Castro: LWUA to prevent water supply cut-offs amid management changes

MANILA, Philippines — The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) is set to issue a memorandum to prevent customers of PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp. from having their water supply cut off amid management changes, Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said on Wednesday. “According to Atty. Joy Salonga [LWUA administrator], they will issue a memorandum circular this month to
