MANILA, Philippines — Comedian Ate Gay is overjoyed because his health condition is improving.

Ate Gay, Gil Morales in real life, happily announced that the lumps on his nose and neck have disappeared.

The comedian was diagnosed with stage 4 mucoepidermoid carcinoma, which is said to be a “rare, aggressive cancer.”

In Ate Gay's latest post on his Instagram page, he said that no lumps were found or detected in his Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) result.

“Ang ganda ng Doktora ko oh (Dra. Jaeme Fernandez) at magandang balita wala na akong bukol sa ilong at leeg result ng MRI,” he said.

“Yeheyyyy. Thank you, Lord Jesus,” he added.

He added that he only needs to undergo four immunotherapy treatments every 21 days.

“4 na lang na immuno (every 21 days) ay tapos na… salamat po sa Dasal at sa mga Anghel ko,” he said.

It will be recalled that Ate Gay developed a large lump on his right neck his cancer diagnosis was revealed last year.
