Alex Eala is taking some time off following her impressive stint at the Miami Open.

On Instagram Stories, the Filipina tennis player, who now ranks no. 75 in the Women’s Tennis Association’s world rankings, shared photos and videos from her latest trip to Universal Studios Florida.

Alex, dressed in an all-blue ensemble with a green neck tie, posed for a snap with the iconic Universal Studios globe in one of her Stories.

Alex reached the semis of the Miami Open, where she defeated higher-ranked players, including three Grand Slam champions, Jelena Ostapenko, Madison Keys, and world no. 2 Iga Swiatek.

However, the 19-year-old Filipina tennis ace ended her Miami Open dream run after losing to world no. 4 Jessica Pegula.

Nevertheless, Alex said she’s proud of herself “to have been able to make a statement for the Philippines on one of the biggest stages of tennis.”
