"YOU" is promising a "killer finale" as it prepares to wrap up the show with its fifth season.
Netflix just released a teaser video, showing Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) "back to where it began" — New York City. This is the first time that he has returned to the city since Season 1.
"A lot has happened these many years together," Joe narrated. "Identities, cities, loves. Complications. But all that led me here to now, to where I was always meant to be."
"And the one constant, the one thing that has always been there for me, is you," he added.
The video also shows Joe looking straight at the camera and saying, "Goodbye, you."
"YOU" Season 5 will arrive on Netflix on April 24.
In March last year, Netflix announced that Season 5 kicked off production with a photo of Penn in the Big Apple.
"YOU" first aired in 2018, and released its fourth season in 2023. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
