Alongside the new Xiaomi 15 Series and Xiaomi Pad 7 Series, the brand also unveiled a few more products in the Philippines and that includes the new 212W Xiaomi HyperCharge Power Bank.

As the name suggests, it has a max output for 212 watts charging three devices simultaneously. Design-wise, it comes in a tower-like chassis with curved edges. It goes a bit large measuring 55.4 mm wide and 160 mm tall (or about 6.3-inch).

On top, you’ll find three output ports: 140W USB-C1 (PD 3.1), a 45W USB-C2, and a 120W USB-A port. With the 140W power delivery, it can charge a MacBook Pro and the 120W charging is compatible with Xiaomi smartphones.

The USB-C1 port also supports up to 100W input, while USB-C2 can handle up to 45W. The power bank can also switch to low-current discharge modes as necessary for accessories like earphones and smart bands.

Battery-wise, it packs an 89Wh rated energy or 24,500mAh (3.63 volts), making it safe for air travel. This is in acordance to the International Aviation Standard allowing power banks with less than 100Wh on airplanes.

Furthermore, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) recently prohibited power banks exceeding 160Wh on flights.

Price and availability

The 212W HyperCharge Power Bank is priced at PHP 4,599 and will soon be available in Xiaomi stores nationwide.

No word yet on its availability online.
