WATCH: Young Filipinos sing ‘A Song of Blessing’ for Pope Francis

The Young Voices of the Philippines pray for Pope Francis' healing by performing the song they once sang in front of him in Vatican City

MANILA, Philippines – The Young Voices of the Philippines, a Filipino youth choir, performed “A Song of Blessing” as they prayed for the healing of Pope Francis at a concert on Wednesday, February 26.

This fresh performance at the Abbey of Our Lady of Montserrat, Manila, recreates the moment they performed the same song in front of the Pope on May 29, 2024, at Saint Peter’s Square in Vatican City.

“A Song of Blessing” was composed by the Young Voices of the Philippines’ music director, Jude Roldan.
