MANILA, Philippines – On Day 31 of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial, her brother, Davao City Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte is expected to take the witness stand Tuesday, with his testimony expected to focus on the city government transactions with GenCorp Industries Inc., a company declared by the vice president as a business interest
