[WATCH] Rappler Live Jam: Cast of ‘Liwanag sa Dilim’ musical

Catch Alexa Ilacad, Khalil Ramos, and Vien King of the new original jukebox musical take the Rappler Live Jam stage for the first time!

MANILA, Philippines – The cast of the original jukebox musical Liwanag Sa Dilim is coming to Rappler Live jam on Thursday, March 27!

Featuring the songs of Rico Blanco, Liwanag Sa Dilim is a modern reimagining of Jose Rizal’s Noli Me Tangere. It follows the story of an orphan named Elesi, who goes on a quest to discover his past.

The musical’s book and direction is by Robbie Guevara. It first opened on March 7 at the CPR Auditorium in the RCBC Plaza in Makati, and will run until April 13.
