MANILA, Philippines – In a rare moment, Sen. Lito Lapid on Tuesday sought clarification from the Senate impeachment court during Day 25 of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial on the required filing of statements of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALNs) and the possible consequences government officials may face for failing to file them.
