It seems counterintuitive that Filipino-Americans would support migrant-averse Trump, but many do, even down to his promised mass deportation
US President Donald Trump isn’t the friendliest to migrants. One of his main campaign promises is a ruthless roundup of undocumented immigrants. Yet many Filipino-Americans voted for and continue to support him, despite the fact that a friend or relative or more may be the target of such a crackdown.
