WATCH: Diokno asks defense to stipulate authenticity of Duterte bank records

MANILA, Philippines – Prosecution counsel Rep. Chel Diokno asks the defense team to stipulate to the authenticity of bank records submitted by financial institutions subpoenaed in the impeachment case, saying this would “conserve the time” of the impeachment court.
