MANILA, Philippines – Senators are considering moving the start of the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte to August 4, a week after the 20th Congress opens on July 28.
Senate President Chiz Escudero on Monday, July 21, said that the impeachment court needs to give notices to parties about the hearing before the trial can start.
