WALANG PASOK: Palace suspends in-person classes, work in 15 Luzon areas

MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang has suspended in-person work in government offices and face-to-face classes at all levels on Sept. 1 (Tuesday) in 15 provinces in Luzon in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat). Under Memorandum Circular No. 133 issued on Monday by Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, by authority of President
