Napakahassle. Ive switched from globe to smart using plan 599 and was up for renewal. Smart called me to get the 999 plan for only 750 and get 20gb data instead of 10gb with 599, plus all the extra perks and the FREE NETFLIX SUBSCRIPTION. Good deal.
Ang mali ko, inaccept ko yung free na subscription by clicking their link and connecting it with my netflix account. Ngayon, nadowngrade ako sa Mobile use only (yung plan 149) when I was subscribed to Premium worth 549 (my mom and kids use the account too). So I got to the netflix app and wanted to change it but apparently, I should contact Smart, And when I did, they said they cant change it. I even said Im willing to pay extra via my Smart bill, which should be allowed. or if not, just remove Smart as my payment method and ill waive the netflix freebie. And the heck, they said that's not possible. stuck na ako sa Smart plan as my payment method ko, at hindi ko ma-uupgrade. Why is that even so, it's MY netflix account and I should make the decision about it. bakit sila may karapatan magdecide sa subscription ko? and why offer a product na defective, they should at least allow adjustment of plan, katulad kay Globe, when u subscribe and pay using postpaid billing. Sobrang hassle. gumawa na lang ako ng ibang account, pero nakakainis lang yung pagka no-choice. Hay.
