VP Sara Duterte slapped with another impeachment complaint

MANILA, Philippines — A coalition of civil society leaders filed an impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte with the Office of the House Secretary General on Monday. It was the second petition submitted that day. It cites alleged misuse of confidential funds and Duterte’s purported tolerance of extrajudicial killings. Led by Tindig Pilipinas convenor
