UST glows red to remember victims, survivors of rights abuses

MANILA, Philippines — The landmarks inside the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Sampaloc, Manila were lit in red on Monday, Sept. 21, as an expression of solidarity with the victims and survivors of human rights violations in the Philippines. “May this light bear witness to stories that must not be forgotten, to voices that
