Upson International Corp. will conduct its 2025 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) virtually on May 26, 2025 at 3:00 P.M., with proceedings presided over from Taguig City. Shareholders can access the meeting agenda, Information Statement, SEC Form 17-A, and other relevant materials at upson.com.ph/disclosures or through the PSE EDGE portal. The record date is May 6, 2025, which determines stockholders eligible to receive notice and participate.

To join the ASM, shareholders must email [email protected] by May 21, 2025 for verification. Verified participants will be provided with livestream access and instructions for secure voting in absentia. Those appointing a proxy must submit the completed Proxy Form and required documents to the Corporate Secretary’s office at Upson Building, 747, Romualdez Street corner Zobel Street, Ermita, Manila, or via email by 5:00 P.M. on May 19, 2025.
