The base model in the POCO F7 is on the horizon, and the latest leak reveals it is indeed a rebranded REDMI Turbo 4 Pro.

The confirmation came from a firmware leak, mentioning the “POCO F7” as the marketing name, and carries the model number 25053PC47I (where “I” indicates Indian version).

Such model number also matches the certifications (BIS, FCC) that the POCO F7 has passed.

That said, this is quite expected. For reference, last year’s POCO F6 was confirmed to be a rebadged Redmi Turbo 3.

Assuming that the POCO F7’s the same case as last year, we could expect similar specs from the newly-announced REDMI Turbo 4 Pro.

These include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, 6.83-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display, 50-megapixel main shooter with OIS, and 7550mAh silicon-carbon battery.

As of writing, POCO has yet to make an announcement about the release date, and we can expect that in the coming weeks.
