Announced at the inaugural Cetaphil SkinLabs launch, this approach strengthens collaborations with dermatologists and influencers to combat skin care misinformation and promote expert-backed education.

Misinformation online leads many to harsh skin care practices. Cetaphil prioritizes responsible education, championing gentle, effective skin care for all. "Cetaphil delivers science-driven, dermatologist-recommended solutions to ensure everyone — regardless of skin type — has access to clinically proven skin care," says Louie Roxas, general manager of Galderma Philippines.

Sensitive skin affects 70 percent globally, with the Philippines ranking sixth. A misconception that gentle products lack efficacy has hindered the category's growth, but Cetaphil debunks this with barrier-protecting solutions.

The campaign launched with the exclusive Cetaphil SkinLabs event at The Courtyards at Vermosa, gathering dermatologists, influencers, and media for an immersive experience. Highlights included insights from Khen Kon, head of Medical Galderma Asia-Pacific, and brand ambassador introductions, including Bianca Gonzalez, Catriona Gray, and Donny Pangilinan.
