Some 70 percent of the respondents said they will vote for the party-list lawmaker if the elections were held during the survey period.
Following him was his brother and fellow media personality Ben Tulfo, who obtained the support of 60 percent of the respondents.
They were followed by Sen. Bong Go (58 percent), former Senate president Vicente Sotto III (52 percent), Sen. Bong Revilla (49 percent), television host Willie Revillame (48 percent), former senator Panfilo Lacson (48 percent), Sen. Pia Cayetano (46 percent), former senator Manny Pacquiao (45 percent), Sen. Imee Marcos (44 percent), Sen. Lito Lapid (43 percent) and former interior secretary Benhur Abalos (39 percent).
Outside the so-called Magic 12 but within statistical chances of winning were Sen. Francis Tolentino (38 percent), outgoing Makati Mayor Abby Binay (37 percent), Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar (36 percent) and Sen. Ronald dela Rosa (36 percent).
Trailing them were former senators Francis Pangilinan (28 percent) and Gregorio Honasan (26 percent), social media personality Dr. Willie Ong (24 percent) and former senator Bam Aquino (22 percent).
The non-commissioned OCTA survey had 1,200 respondents and a margin of error of plus or minus three percent.
