TP leaders build hope through community service

TELEPERFORMANCE (TP) in the Philippines, led by its Senior Leadership Team, dedicated a full day of community service at TP Village in Tanay, Rizal, marking its 29th year of operations. Through its Citizen of the World (COTW) Foundation, TP partnered with an NGO to help families displaced by Typhoon Ketsana (Ondoy) in 2009. Supported by the global Teleperformance Group, TP began building the village in 2010. Today, it's a symbol of social impact and inclusive growth.

CEO Rahul Jolly and Chief People Officer Jeffrey Johnson led the "Building Hope" celebration. Volunteers repainted homes, spent time with children, and shared a "Boodle Fight" lunch with residents, celebrating camaraderie and purpose.

"Engaging with our community humbles us and keeps us grounded," said Jolly. "We believe in giving back and building a sustainable future."

Since its inception, TP Village has rebuilt the lives of 99 families and constructed 100 homes, a community center, and development programs for over 200 youth and children. TP also supports livelihood, education, and health programs to promote sustainability and self-sufficiency.

"Seeing the children grow into adults is amazing," Johnson shared. "This community proves the power of unity and purpose."

"More than houses, we are building hope, dreams, and a future where no one is left behind," Jolly concluded.
