Torre: MMDA back to drawing board as PH ranked Asia’s most congested

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is “back to the drawing board” and will look into more ways to solve traffic dilemmas in Metro Manila following a report that the Philippines was the most congested country in Asia for 2025, according to the agency’s general manager, former Philippine National Police chief Nicolas
