Ako lang ba? Bigla nalang nag lost signal yung tnt number ko. Tinry ko pumunta sa 3 branches ng smart malapit samin pero iisa lang sinasabi nila. Di raw nag pupush through yung system kapag ineenter na nila yung number or code eme nila for sim replacement ng TNT. Nagbigay din sila ng contact number for me to call and check if maayos na yung system pero lahat hindi sumasagot. Nakakabwisit lang kasi nakaconnect dun yung online bank accounts ko. Nung chinat ko naman TNT FB PAGE ang sabi sa akin, tatawagan nalang ako since active naman daw yung number (Kala ko kasi nadeactivate na) Until now wala pa. Can you guys please suggest if may matinong branch near Antipolo/Marikina/QC? What should I do? I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months na. Thank you in advance.
