MANILA, Philippines—For the first time in a long while, Thirdy Ravena is a free agent.
That, however, may soon change as he revealed that he and his agents are currently discussing the next stop in his basketball career.
“Right now, I’m still in talks with my agents. We haven’t discussed what the final plan is but we’ll see maybe in the upcoming weeks,” said Ravena during the B.League Final Week in Manila at SM Megamall on Sunday.

“We’re still checking. I think there are offers from other leagues too, but we have to discuss that as well.”
Ravena last played for Dubai Basketball in the ABA League.
Unlike his colorful stint with the San-En Neophoenix in the B.League, though, Ravena saw little exposure with the Middle Eastern club.
A trail blazer by becoming the first Asian import in the B.League, Ravena would love to be back playing in Japan’s premier basketball league.
“Japan B.League has been my first professional league and they’ve always welcomed me with open arms, they’ve treated me like family since the first day I got there so I’d love to play in the B.League once again.”
