THE inaugural Mr. and Ms. Chinatown Global (MMCG) event, taking place this January 2025, is organized by CHiNOY TV and the Federation of Filipino Chinese Association of the Philippines Foundation Inc. and presented by Oishi and Hilton Manila at Newport World Resorts. This prestigious pageant celebrates the rich heritage and traditions of the global Chinese diaspora, featuring participants from around the world.

The MMCG event runs from Jan. 12 to 20, 2025. A highlight was the Candidates Reveal on Jan. 14 at The Manila Hotel, where 20 contestants showcased their diverse backgrounds, representing countries like the USA, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, China, Singapore and Hong Kong.
From Jan. 15 to 18, contestants will embark on a cultural journey, beginning with Binondo — the world's oldest Chinatown — and continuing in Baguio, exploring landmarks like Burnham Park and Mines View Park. A Culture Night on Jan. 17 will feature native costumes honoring Filipino traditions.
The competition culminates on Jan. 20, 2025, with Winners' Night at Hilton Manila, hosted by Janeena Chan and Nicole Cordoves, featuring a performance by Korean artist Ravi. Elegant crowns symbolizing Confucian values will be awarded to winners, alongside a People's Choice Award.
