START the new year with a fresh approach to wellness! The Westin Manila partners with integrative nutrition coach and certified raw vegan chef Mia Sison for Green Mondays at Seasonal Tastes.

This collaboration highlights signature plant-based creations from Sison's food line, Habits by Mia Sison.

"We understand most people are looking to reset after the holidays," says Executive Chef Rej Casanova. "Our partnership with Mia aligns with our goal to offer wholesome, nutritious options that help guests eat well."

Guests can enjoy Sison's signature Plantbowls, complete meals packed with protein, good fats, and carbohydrates. Popular options include the Lentil Bolognese Pasta Bowl and Warm Bowls featuring cooked vegetables.

These dishes, part of the One Dish Wonders section, are prepared à la minute and served on tasting plates, a sustainable initiative to reduce food waste.

Sison's journey into plant-based food began when she discovered her youngest daughter's food sensitivity.

Her commitment led her to study at Sayuri Healing Food in Bali, where she mastered creating nutritious dishes.

Inspired by her learnings, she launched a plant-based food delivery service in Metro Manila.
