Since opening in 2023, the hotel has followed a sustainability management plan led by a Green Team. Energy efficiency is prioritized through LED and CFL lighting, motion sensors in stairwells, and EV charging stations. To conserve water, low-flow aerators were installed in guest bathrooms, while toilet cistern levels were adjusted in 2024.
Waste management efforts include food waste reduction, recycling, composting, and partnerships such as Chop Value, which upcycles bamboo chopsticks into functional displays. Chefs also advance Marriott’s Serve 360 program with innovations like One Dish Wonders, serving curated meals to minimize food waste, and Green Mondays, promoting local plant-based ingredients.
