Hi fam! Just wanting to know if there's consequences for not paying this?

So way back 2022, Our Globe Fiber Plan went really really slow to the point na we are not able to use it. We have a plan that cost 1499 a month a I think? Every month we have to deal with their trash customer service saying that they were gonna send technicians to fix the issue about their poor internet connection. Halos Buwan buwan kaming tumatawag and finally reach our boiling point na ipaputol na lang dahil sa poor internet services nila.
So I called their Customer service wayback 2022 about the issue dahil isang linggo kaming walang internet then sinabi ko na ipapaputol na lang yung Internet then same shit, magpapadala daw sila ng technicians which is never happen, Then the Representative told me na bayaran na lang yung last payment then ica-cancel or ite-terminate na yung account.
Fast forward, We switch to PLDT right away kasi that time online class and we really need the internet.
Then akala namin okay na ang lahat until I received this email. Im shock nung nakita ko yung 13k thinking it was already paid off.
NOTE: Matagal na yan nag e-email sa akin and di ko lang pinapansin. Asking if legit ba yung court actions.
