T-bill yields rise after BSP rate hike

MANILA, Philippines – Treasury bill (T-bill) yields rose across the board on Monday, snapping a two-week decline, after the central bank tightened monetary policy in a preemptive bid to stay ahead of the deteriorating inflation outlook. Despite the uptick in yields, the government still managed to raise more than planned, awarding P37.7 billion versus a
