so I only have Smart as a way to pay online currently, other alternative for me is to borrow someone's GCash but that's not reliable at all

I've been buying games on the Google Play Store and while there's a fair amount of price charge it isn't really that bad, but this? what the heck is this price??? I understand that the original price is 1700 and it's discounted (in fact why is it even at that price? you can pay directly on Steam with GCash and there'd be barely any charge, at least that was my experience when I bought games worth a total of 1K and the charge was less than 5 pesos)
