Solon to public: Get facts in flood control probe, don’t spread claims

MANILA, Philippines — Tingog Party-list Rep. Jude Acidre on Sunday urged the public to rely on facts and evidence, and refrain from repeating baseless claims, in the corruption scandal involving flood control projects. He issued the statement as he hailed the denial of government contractor Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya on Saturday that he purchased a Makati
