Solon: 2 Pangasinan towns have varying prices for infra materials

MANILA, Philippines — A lawmaker has questioned why two neighboring towns in Pangasinanuse different price rates for infrastructure materials set for their respective districts. At the hearing of the House of Representatives’ committee on the North Luzon quadrangle, Pangasinan Rep. Ramon Guico asked Public Works Undersecretary for Luzon Arthur Bisnar why there are discrepancies in the price
