hello! nag glitch po yung smart app ko and i cant see my load, points, active promos, etc. if i click the check usage, mag show din ng error.

already tried to uninstall, restart phone, log out, etc. and nothing works. meron pa akong load, text n calls, magic data, normal data, and gigapoints. very inconvenient na di ko makita ang current standing ng mga promos ko 😭

anyone has advice? tried to reach out sa smart but no response.
