Smart Unli Data 2499 Problem

Hi! Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Naka subscribe ako ng Unli Data 2499 ni Smart last January 6. It’s supposed to expire on April 6 pero nakatanggap ako ng text earlier this morning na expire na daw yung Unli data ko.

The sim is plugged in a phone and I use it alone as a hotspot. I can’t access the net on the main phone, and on my other devices with the hotspot. The main phone (where the sim is plugged in) receives notifs from Messenger, pero even facebook doesn’t load.

I tried the following:

1. Transfer the sim in another phone; similar results.

2. Redeem my extra points with a promo; still doesn’t connect to the internet.

When I check my Smart App, hindi naman expired ang both promos. Location is Cagayan de Oro. Thank you!
